Jennifer has been recruiting since 1998 – and constantly pushes the boundaries in new markets.
Jennifer’s expertise encompasses a wide range of sectors and disciplines and she has a real passion for helping people build amazing careers. She has established partnerships with household names and boasts an impressive network of clients who trust her to find the perfect candidates for their team.

Outside of work, Jennifer can be found with her nose in any interior design magazine, enjoying all types of cuisine across a host of London restaurants, or relaxing at home with her two beautiful Westies, Pixie & Barbie.

Lee Cook

​Lee has worked in finance for over 15 years and has focused his attention on the recruitment sector since 2010. Overseeing the complete finance function, he is dedicated to delivering quality results consistently, working with his team to keep progressing the department, which is very much helped by the fact that he is probably a bit too fond of Excel!

He works to drive efficiency, and keep engagement high, believing firmly that a strong and developed support team is the backbone of a good sales business.

When not in the office Lee loves to go on cycling adventures all around the country.

​Jen has been a master of marketing & creative recruitment for almost twenty years. Strategically minded and ambitious, Jen is carving new paths all the time, constantly searching for opportunities and areas of growth.

Away from the office, Jen enjoys going on adventures with her young family, cheering on The Clarets and pampering her dogs (tiny) Pudding and (giant) Noodle.
