Jennifer Brown

Jennifer has been recruiting since 1998 – and constantly pushes the boundaries in new markets.
Jennifer’s expertise encompasses a wide range of sectors and disciplines and she has a real passion for helping people build amazing careers. She has established partnerships with household names and boasts an impressive network of clients who trust her to find the perfect candidates for their team.

Outside of work, Jennifer can be found with her nose in any interior design magazine, enjoying all types of cuisine across a host of London restaurants, or relaxing at home with her two beautiful Westies, Pixie & Barbie.

Gemma Knight

Gemma has over 20 years of recruitment experience, specialising in Events, Media, and Experiential for the past 12 years. She takes a consultative approach, building long-term relationships and connecting top talent with global agencies and businesses.

Passionate about creating opportunities and providing genuine career support, she helps candidates navigate their journeys while ensuring clients secure exceptional talent.

Outside of work, Gemma loves music, dancing, travelling, reading and long walks with her Goldendoodle, Louis.

Jen Kinnear

​Jen has been a master of marketing & creative recruitment for almost twenty years. Strategically minded and ambitious, Jen is carving new paths all the time, constantly searching for opportunities and areas of growth.

Away from the office, Jen enjoys going on adventures with her young family, cheering on The Clarets and pampering her dogs (tiny) Pudding and (giant) Noodle.

Lee Cook

​Lee has worked in finance for over 15 years and has focused his attention on the recruitment sector since 2010. Overseeing the complete finance function, he is dedicated to delivering quality results consistently, working with his team to keep progressing the department, which is very much helped by the fact that he is probably a bit too fond of Excel!

He works to drive efficiency, and keep engagement high, believing firmly that a strong and developed support team is the backbone of a good sales business.

When not in the office Lee loves to go on cycling adventures all around the country.

Ben Pullinger

Ben is a long-standing member of The CoCo Group’s finance team, bringing plenty of behind-the-scenes knowledge to the business after joining back in 2018.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ben took a slightly different route into finance and has recently achieved his ACCA to become a qualified Accountant.

When he’s not working or studying, sport takes over. Ben cycles to and from the office whatever the weather and is equally at home on the rugby pitch or cricket field. He’s also a regular at Lord’s whenever he gets the chance.

Kwadjo Appiah

Kwadjo is part of the finance team at The CoCo Group, supporting the day-to-day accounts function while building his experience across the wider business.

Currently studying towards his ACCA qualification, he’s putting his Accounting and Finance knowledge into practice and gaining hands-on experience as he develops his career.

Away from the numbers, Kwadjo is a big sports fan, whether that’s football, boxing or getting out for a run himself. He also loves travelling and is partial to a bit of gaming when he gets the chance.

Amy Green

Amy brings together two things that keep The CoCo Group ticking: marketing and operations. As Marketing & Operations Manager, she works across the group’s brands, shaping marketing activity, supporting wider business projects and making sure everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly as possible.

Her route into the creative industry started with an arts degree, followed by a career in retail operations and then recruitment. That mix of creative thinking, people skills and operational experience now feeds into her role across the group.

Creativity doesn’t stop at work either. Amy is an artist in her spare time, a regular gallery-goer and has even spent time working in the art departments of independent film projects since moving to London.

Maisie Bagley

Maisie looks after social media and content across The CoCo Group, helping bring the brands, people and personality behind the business to life online. From creating social content and keeping channels active to researching industry trends and developing ideas, she makes sure there’s always something worth talking about.

With a background in marketing and the creative industries, Maisie particularly enjoys finding new ways to turn what’s happening across the world of talent and recruitment into engaging, relevant content.

Outside of work, Maisie is an actor and loves travelling, finding new spots around London with friends and unwinding with some reliably questionable reality TV!
