We are currently recruiting for a Content Manager. This is a very exciting role and one which needs an individual who is intelligent, organised, hard-working and ambitious.
Key responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day content management across clients
- Devise and manage evolving content schedules, mainly across website and social media
- Ensure all content is approved by relevant parties
- Implement effective processes across the team, client teams and partners, that will ensure smooth and timely approvals and delivery of assets to channels
- Manage the editorial content strategy clients for social and website – working with strategist/agency partners
- Manage the development of brand assets including short films – working with strategist/CD/producer
- Develop content guidelines where applicable (eg. tone of voice, photography guidelines, video guidelines etc)
- Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively with internal and external teams
- Contribute to the resourcing of projects
- Publish editorial content and events and ensuring content meets guidelines
- Manage project budgets
- Develop regular client reports
- Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
Experience:
- at least 2-5 years experience
- positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time
- ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
- strong computer skills, especially keynote, drawing packages a bonus
