Our client is a leading Creative Agency, who have been awarded 3 years in succession the best Creative Agency from The Drum.We are recruiting Account Directors & Senior Account Directors to work with their global clients who are, large brands across TV Streaming Apps, leading luxury fashion brands (think Coco), leading Social Media Apps providing business to business campaigns.

This is truly one of the best creative agencies within advertising at the moment where they create others follow. They have a global presence and are making waves across the industry. If you want to be part of changing story read on.

Ideally, you will have a strong background of delivering across, social campaigns, digital and content, coming from a leading creative agency, having attained some success and looking for a seat at the table, a new landscape to climb up the ladder.

You should be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote brands and work closely/strategically with clients to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the design team lead, ensure resource is allocated to the right design team member based on time needed and job complexity
  • Book in project on Axiom CMS system via the required process
  • Brief the design team on necessary projects, check and supply work to the client
  • Track costs vs time across all projects, giving regular updates to the management team and completing the finance tracker
  • Be part of and run the client management update meetings
  • Possess strong negotiation skills
  • Work with key accounts to provide product solutions
  • Develop campaign strategy
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
  • Understanding both client and campaign processes
  • Hold/lead a daily ‘sprint’ meeting with the client and internal teams
  • Attend/lead client briefing meetings to ensure the agency fully understand and can deliver the project requirements

Key Skills

  • Work with key accounts to provide product solutions
  • Develop campaign strategies
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Social Media campaign skills, Content across B2B
  • 7 years of proven success in advertising client management
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
