We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Production / Executive Producer to lead a multidisciplinary production team and ensure seamless delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects — from live events and permanent installations to bespoke fabrication and software-led experiences.
As part of the senior management team, you’ll oversee producers, technicians, and developers, ensuring delivery excellence, commercial efficiency, and creative innovation across all projects.
Client Collaboration: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as the key strategic partner and main point of contact.
Project Scoping & Feasibility: Assess creative concepts, prepare detailed budgets, and ensure technical and financial viability.
Pitching & Presentation: Join pitch calls alongside Creative and Strategy teams to present ideas, budgets, and timelines confidently.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor production teams, ensuring best use of time, talent, and resources.
Budget Management: Oversee all financials, approving budgets within agreed scope and ensuring profitability across projects.
Workflow Optimisation: Streamline production processes to enhance efficiency and quality across simultaneous workstreams.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate staffing, equipment, and freelance resources to meet project demands.
Project Oversight: Oversee planning and delivery for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Risk & Compliance: Anticipate production challenges, manage H&S documentation, and uphold all regulatory standards.
Internal Leadership: Lead weekly production meetings, communicate priorities, and ensure cross-team collaboration between creative, tech, and fabrication teams.
Proven experience in technical production, ideally in experiential, events, or creative technology sectors
Confident leadership and mentoring skills, fostering collaboration across technical and creative disciplines
Deep understanding of production technologies, workflows, and best practices
Strong commercial awareness and financial management experience
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously
Skilled at building client relationships and managing expectations at senior level
Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance requirements
Proficiency with project management and budget tracking tools
