We’re partnering with a standout creative venue in London to appoint a Head of Sales. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial future of one of the city’s most architecturally striking and culturally relevant spaces.
You’ll own and deliver a data-led sales strategy that drives revenue, grows market presence and positions the venue as a go-to destination for experiential events, brand activations, corporate showcases, shoots and cultural programming. Working closely with senior leadership, marketing and operations, you’ll oversee the full sales journey, from pipeline creation through to contract close.
Lead and execute a high-performing sales strategy
Drive new business and nurture key agency and brand relationships
Own budgets, forecasts, P&Ls and commercial reporting
Partner with Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences
Elevate the venue’s positioning across the London market
5+ years’ sales leadership experience within venues or experiential environments
Proven commercial strategy and negotiation expertise
Strong knowledge of the London venue and agency landscape
Confidence managing complex pipelines, teams and financials
Collaborative, influential leadership style
Lead revenue for one of London’s most iconic creative venues
