New Business Development Associate

Our client, a thriving Creative Agency, is seeking a New Business Development Associate. This role is entirely focused on developing new clients—your main goal will be winning clients who will then be handed off to the client service team.

Role and Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Focused entirely on developing new prospective clients

• Pitch Process: Manage the full cycle of the pitch process, from identifying prospects through to closing and contracting new business

Key Activities:

• Cold Calling and Prospecting: Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Database Management: Manage and update the CRM database, ensuring consistent communication with prospects

• Client Satisfaction: Proactively maintain client satisfaction to ensure a positive relationship within the client portfolio

• General Support: Assist the Business Development Management team with various tasks, including supporting daily operations and securing new clients

• Versatility: As all projects are bespoke, tasks will vary based on client and project needs as deemed necessary by the management team

• Achieving Targets: Consistently meet sales targets to contribute to the role’s ongoing success

Qualifications and Education

• A degree is beneficial but not essential; your ability to perform in the role is what matters most

Preferred Skills

• Strong sales background in growth marketing, advertising, or creative agencies

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce

• A proven track record in new business development

Additional Notes

• This is a full-time, employed position with hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, requiring travel and flexibility
