What You’ll Do:

• Lead event production from initial client brief to final de-rig, ensuring flawless execution.
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and event designs, collaborating closely with creative teams.
• Coordinate suppliers, crew, and equipment, managing logistics with precision.
• Oversee event production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate event teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety compliance throughout.

Who You Are:

• Extensive experience in technical event production across London venues and hotels.
• A pro at managing client relationships, providing expert service and technical solutions.
• Skilled in project delivery, logistics, and budget management.
• Confident in leading high-energy, high-pressure events with precision.
• Certifications such as IPAF, First Aid, IOSH are a plus—but training is available if needed!
