Reporting: Head of Client Services
Our client is a leading global experiential & branding agency. We are recruiting experienced Senior Account Manger with 3-4 years within an Account/Client Services environment.
Primary Objectives
· To Manage or Support the Physical, Digital & Hybrid Projects within our Clients scope
· To ensure strong relationships are kept with the Customer and ultimately retention is maintained
· To ensure that the revenue within a client grows year on year, seeking ongoing commitment for
Key Responsibilities
· Understand the agreed brief be that Physical, Hybrid or Digital and the challenge faced
· Build appropriate Account/ Project Plans to ensure a successful engagement / roll-out
· Manage existing customers so that both the customer’s and targets are exceeded
· Ensure all tasks are completed on time, documented, competently and professionally, all to a satisfactory level
· Manage your time to allow for the running of multiple projects
· Manage the relationship with the customer to ensure retention of said projects in the future
· Build budgets & manage costs to ensure profitability of delivery
· Pitch overall response as lead to win retention of project
· Achieve all KPIs set based around CRM, Internal and external customer activity
· Proficient in MSFT Office
Experience Essential
· Proven Account / Client management experience
· Track record of successful project management & delivery
· Experience with large multinational, brand
· Effective communicator
· Team Player, but able to work autonomously.
· Proficient in MSFT Office
Desirable
· Understanding of Physical, Digital & Hybrid Event challenges
· Understanding of upselling and cross-selling within clients
