Senior Motion Designer

Our client is an outstanding Creative Agency based in North London.  We are looking for x2 Senior Motion Designers to work with a strong and interesting list of clients across FMCG and Travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Push the boundaries to constantly challenge the level of output at the brand
• Deliver compelling stories through film, moving assets and other forms of motion
• Flexibility to work across the entire process, from initial creative exploration to final delivery
• Work confidently alone as well as part of a wider team to solve creative challenges
• Collaborate with strategists, writers and client managers to construct engaging stories
• Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing new techniques that encourage the wider creative team to be brave
• Liaise and foster relationships with freelancers and external suppliers

Experience/Skills

• Minimum of 5 year’s experience with a core focus on motion
• Ability to embed conceptual thinking, motion principles and guidance into branding
• Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro and core CC Software
• Experience with Cinema 4D/Red Shift/Octane is a bonus
• Ability to confidently present or explain ideas to wider teams and clients
• A strong understanding of design principles
• Experience in managing project streams independently and efficiently.
