Our client is an award-winning global integrated experiential agency, renowned for delivering exceptional live experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands.
We’re recruiting for two Account Directors with outstanding experiential and client growth management experience to join their expanding London team.
As Account Director, you’ll build and nurture meaningful relationships with top-tier clients — ensuring exceptional delivery, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
You won’t be managing the day-to-day running of individual projects (that’s the Project Delivery team’s domain), but you’ll ensure those teams are delivering against client needs, maintaining profitability, and upholding the agency’s creative and operational standards.
The role includes on-site event delivery, and with the agency’s international client base, some overseas travel (up to two weeks at a time) will be required.
Extensive experience in senior-level account management across experiential campaigns
Proven track record in organic business growth and client development
Experience delivering high-profile, complex, multi-million-pound projects within an agency environment
Exposure to gaming, sport, and tech campaigns
Strong pitch leadership — owning the process from brief to delivery
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and sales abilities
Proven leadership qualities with experience influencing senior-level stakeholders and procurement teams
Strong commercial awareness and profitability management
In-depth understanding of event delivery across multiple formats (exhibitions, conferences, live events, roadshows, greenfield, and fixed facilities)
Experience working internationally and managing multi-currency projects
Confident collaborating with Producers, Project Managers, and Technical teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
Demonstrable success in growing account portfolios
Strategic planning to ensure sustained growth across your client portfolio
Acting as the main point of contact, maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships
Driving business growth and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
Leading and presenting pitches to secure new projects
Managing client account financial forecasting and revenue targets
Taking and developing briefs, collaborating with Project Delivery teams to ensure effective execution
Representing the client’s voice in key internal meetings and reviews
Working cross-functionally with Creative and Delivery teams to develop compelling client presentations
Overseeing account KPIs and profitability
Negotiating proposals and commercial terms with clients and procurement teams
Supporting invoicing, POs, and financial documentation
Occasionally managing smaller projects directly when required
Mentoring and supporting junior team members to foster growth and development
