Role objectives:
• Establish and maintain responsive, collaborative and productive relationships with clients.
• Take responsibility for allocated clients and projects, ensuring campaign objectives are fully understood and clearly briefed to the appropriate creative teams.
• Manage an efficient process of project management from brief to delivery, with regular and appropriate client and internal team comms, to ensure client needs are met.
• Facilitate, stimulate and contribute to internal creative team brainstorms.
• Where the brief requires, organise and project manage photoshoots on behalf of the client working alongside Creative Director/design team leads.
• Regularly and accurately administer allocated project/client billing according to internal systems and process.
• Provide accurate allocated client/project forecast figures when requested.
• Maintain awareness of and proactively identify new business opportunities from both existing and potential new clients.
• Support on pitches for new business – helping brief/create bespoke portfolio presentations and attending/presenting to client propects.
• Provide regular updates to Account Director/Managing Partner/Creative Director and seek their relevant input.
• To be an ambassador of the agency.
