This agency is the original film creative agency with over 40 years of experience in UK & international film & entertainment marketing. We are known for our ability to capture the visual essence of stories and pride ourselves on the consistent originality, depth and quality of finish across all our creative output.

This agency is renowned for the origination and delivery of award-winning integrated campaigns, many of which begin with conceptual ideas at script stage. We then fully manage and art direct the photoshoot process, working with world-class photographers to capture stunning imagery and motion assets during production.

They work throughout the entertainment promotional lifecycle, across all consumer touchpoints (cinema, home entertainment, sVod, television) to create standout advertising materials, from our originated artwork or adapted from supplied assets that are brand consistent across the marketing mix.

This agency is part of the AKA Group of media and marketing companies.

Role objectives:

• Establish and maintain responsive, collaborative and productive relationships with clients.

• Take responsibility for allocated clients and projects, ensuring campaign objectives are fully understood and clearly briefed to the appropriate creative teams.

• Manage an efficient process of project management from brief to delivery, with regular and appropriate client and internal team comms, to ensure client needs are met.

• Facilitate, stimulate and contribute to internal creative team brainstorms.

• Where the brief requires, organise and project manage photoshoots on behalf of the client working alongside Creative Director/design team leads.

• Regularly and accurately administer allocated project/client billing according to internal systems and process.

• Provide accurate allocated client/project forecast figures when requested.

• Maintain awareness of and proactively identify new business opportunities from both existing and potential new clients.

• Support on pitches for new business – helping brief/create bespoke portfolio presentations and attending/presenting to client propects.

• Provide regular updates to Account Director/Managing Partner/Creative Director and seek their relevant input.

• To be an ambassador of the agency.

• Comfortable working in a team with a collaborative, constructive and pro-active approach.
• High EQ, respectful and diplomatic in understanding and communicating client and internal teams needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a creative sensibility.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills..
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple briefs to tight deadlines.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Willingness to learn.
• Interest in and knowledge of the film, entertainment, creative industries and multi-media landscape.
• An active passion for filmed entertainment, theatre and culture
