AV Production Manager – Venues Permanent

We’re seeking an AV Production Manager with the creativity, energy, and precision to deliver seamless, high-impact events — from brand activations and exhibitions to awards shows and corporate showcases.

The Role

You’ll oversee end-to-end production — from planning to flawless execution — collaborating with planners, creative producers, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full production across live events and activations

• Manage logistics, budgets, crew, and contractors

• Oversee on-site delivery with technical and operational excellence

• Develop production schedules, RAMS, and safety plans

• Collaborate with planners, clients, and venue teams

• Maintain strong supplier relationships and drive improvements

• Deliver every project on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in live event or venue production management

• Strong project management and organisational skills

• Confident communicator and team leader

• Knowledge of Vectorworks, AV, lighting, rigging, staging & power

• Flexible working approach (evenings/weekends when needed)

• Passion for live events and creative problem-solving

Bonus: IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, BS7909 or First Aid certification
