Venue Event Executive Permanent

CoCo Group is proud to be supporting one of London’s most iconic event destinations in their search for an ambitious Event Executive, someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of live events, loves building relationships, and takes pride in creating unforgettable experiences.

As Event Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of event delivery, supporting large-scale conferences and association events, as well as leading on smaller shows and internal events. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every detail runs seamlessly from planning through to post-event wrap-up.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as a key point of contact for event organisers, managing logistics, client communication and on-the-ground delivery.
• Supporting the Event Management team on major conferences and exhibitions.
• Coordinating with internal departments and service providers to bring every event to life.
• Ensuring every client enjoys exceptional service and a best-in-class experience.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural communicator with excellent organisation skills and a proactive mindset.
• Some experience in event coordination, operations, or client services within the events industry.
• A calm, confident multitasker who loves being part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for live events.
