Our client is a leading integrated creative agency seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business across global markets.
This is a high-energy, hands-on role ideal for a proactive, ambitious individual who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and has a passion for building relationships, driving growth, and closing deals.
As Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and converting new clients the agency doesn’t currently work with.
You’ll lead the full business development lifecycle — from initial outreach and networking through to pitch management, closing, and contract negotiation.
This role is ideal for someone commercially minded, confident in communication, and hungry to achieve and exceed targets.
Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities.
Networking & Meetings: Attend shows, industry events, and client meetings to present agency credentials, build relationships, and secure pitches.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the agency’s CRM database with accurate prospect and pipeline information.
Pitch Management: Lead the pitch process end-to-end, from identifying prospects to securing contracts.
Client Relationship Building: Proactively ensure positive and ongoing engagement with prospective clients to position the agency for future opportunities.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless client handover.
Adaptability: Respond to evolving business needs and support broader team initiatives as required.
Proven success in business development or sales roles within a creative, marketing, or integrated agency environment
Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills
Confident managing a high volume of outbound activity
Organised, self-disciplined, and highly motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable managing pitches and negotiating contracts
A degree is advantageous but not essential — capability and drive matter most
Flexibility to travel and adjust hours to suit international business needs
Full-time, hybrid role based in London
Standard working hours: 9:00am–6:00pm (flexibility required based on target regions)
