What You’ll Do

• Oversee event production from initial client brief to final de-rig, ensuring seamless execution.
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and event designs, collaborating with creative teams.
• Coordinate suppliers, crew, and equipment, managing logistics with precision.
• Manage budgets for large-scale productions, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate an events team, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Maintain health & safety compliance, upholding the highest industry standards.

Who You Are

• Extensive experience in technical event production within large London venues.
• A skilled client relationship manager, delivering top-tier service and technical expertise.
• Strong in project delivery, logistics, and budget management.
• Confident leading high-energy, high-pressure events with precision.
• Certifications like IPAF, First Aid, IOSH are a plus—but training is available if needed!
