- Maintenance of all content (visual and written) across 3 Shopify storefronts
- Ensuring best-in-class and seamless user experience on site
- Lead on AB testing & CRO activity
CMS
- Updating site with new campaign content, blogs and messaging in line with the marketing/trading calendar
- Managing product descriptions, categories and backend attributes
- Lead on product setups in Shopify and manage discount creation process
- An understanding of SEO is a plus
- Developing SEO strategy to monitor and improve on quality scores, page errors and targeting keywords through blog, product and landing page content
- Updating metafields and site copy
Site UX
- Weekly quality control checks to maintain high standards across all sites and deliver the best possible customer experience
- Point of contact for Customer Services to investigate any ecommerce-related customer queries (identify any consistent bugs/issues on site and implement fixes)
- Work with Customer Services on developing NPS and transitioning from customer service to customer success
- Ensure customer order processing and integration with 3rd party systems operates smoothly
AB testing & CRO
- Working with agency to develop a roadmap for conversion rate optimisation
- Assisting in conversion rate optimisation initiatives including third party tools (Hotjar)
- Planning and executing AB testing via Google Optimize and reporting on testing performance
- Implementing successful testing changes to site alongside the ecommerce manager
