This role will need to partner with marketing and comms leads around the world to drive reputation around client work and our people’s thinking, and partner with Global client development and the local markets to support the nurture of leads. The role will also support internal communications across the agency to markets and teams.
The Global role will work with market leaders and stakeholders in creative agency across 50 markets, so previous experience of an International/or Global role in marketing communications in an agency, understanding of creative work and creative awards shows a benefit.
Key Tasks
Promoting the work, they deliver for clients and amplify work through proactive identification of stories and case-studies; assisting with award entries and PR, thought leadership; and the amplification of the work
Working with key external stakeholders to drive reputation e.g., Cannes Lions
Working with key Creative stakeholders to support the role out of thought leadership to drive reputation and leads.
Content creation: creating thought leadership, engaging blogs, articles and digital content; newsletters; case studies, videos; manage editorial calendar
Devise paid, owned & earned media marketing strategies and customer centric 365 content strategy.
Manage digital content across all owned digital platforms to ensure relevance and scale –social media, websites, Neon (intranet) and other digital platforms; create and execute campaigns; manage paid ads; monitor and report via analytics
Optimise marketing technologies through management of Pardot; managing data: optimise marketing automation; build and send templates, newsletters and campaigns; build and manage webinar campaigns
Implement internal communications strategy and comms for training & development using the intranet platform and mailers as the key Global channels
Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience as PR Marketer who works in house at one of our competitors for a large networked Creative Advertising agency or Large B2B PR Agency
Digital / Creative background
PR & Awards experience and understanding of paid, owned & earned media marketing strategies and customer centric 365 content strategy.
Experience in the development of strategic PR plans/programmes
Actively contribute with a continuous improvement mindset to Marketing and Communications projects and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
