Head of Data and Operations
Our client is looking for a data-oriented, dynamic Marketing Operations Analyst with a passion for social purpose and education to join their team. Your role will be to help define audience segmentation and develop implementation strategies for lead generation and nurture. Working closely with the data and marketing team you will have a curious and analytical mind with a passion for problem solving and an excellent attention to detail.
As the Marketing Operations Analyst, you’ll be supporting the development of our teacher nurture cycle, handling data and reporting requests from across the company and executing customer activation journeys, regularly working in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As the team grows you will have opportunities to grow with it and play an integral part in our customer retention strategy.

Responsibilities
* Design and build customer journey strategy for inbound and nurture communications
* Monitor and maintain spend and benchmark reporting
* Share insights and provide platform based solutions to marketing team
* Review and refine user journeys based on campaign measurement requirements
* Create and review landing pages in partnership with the digital team
* Design and build reports using appropriate tools
* Audience segmentation and data management within Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaigns
* Set up and manage platform integrations
* Manage inbound lead reporting attribution
* Manage webinar set-up and user journeys for marketing team
* Other job duties as assigned
