Senior Scenic Project Manager Permanent

Are you a Project Manager who loves turning bold creative ideas into beautifully built reality?

We’re working with one of the UK’s most respected scenic construction teams to find a Senior Scenic Project Manager to lead ambitious, technically complex builds across live events, immersive, theatre, brand experience and themed environments.

You’ll take full ownership of projects from concept through to installation, working closely with designers, workshop teams and clients to deliver exceptional, high-quality scenic work.

The role

• Lead scenic projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery

• Act as the main client contact, managing relationships and expectations

• Create and manage budgets, schedules, scopes and documentation

• Specify build methods, materials and construction techniques

• Produce technical drawings to support fabrication

• Oversee multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for

• Strong project management experience in a workshop or construction-led setting

• Solid knowledge of fabrication, materials and build processes

• Experience across theatre, immersive, theme parks, live events or brand experience

• Confident client-facing communicator with commercial awareness

• Highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
