Office Manager/PA
Location: Farringdon
Hybrid: 4x a week onsite, 1x work from home
Salary: Up to £32k to £35k

DUTIES:
– Responsible for the smooth running of the office
– Ordering stationery and other office supplies
– Coordinate with Ops department on all office equipment
– Managing the office budgets
– Ensure the office is compliant with H&S regulations, First Aid training and GDPR regulations
– Arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries for MD and senior team
– Draft documents and presentations as requested
– Keep team information up to date such as change of addresses, next of kin, assigned First Aids and Fire Marshalls (by ensuring their training is up to date), update email signatures where changes occur
– Team event planning (in-house or off-site) and management, as and when required, including monthly meetings and our company events
– On board new joiners by ensuring induction process has been adhered to
– Look after arrangements for leavers such as collection of company property, update leaver form for IT purposes, update personnel file with leaving date
– Constantly look to improve processes and procedures
– Provide support to the MD on a regular and ad hoc basis
– Debt collection – ensure all receivables are banked in a timely manner
– Checking and processing MD cash expenses
Experience, knowledge and skills required
– Experience of working for Creative, Branding or Marketing Agency
– Experience in an office management role
– Attention to detail skills
– Ability to make decisions independently
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Proficient in using the full Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work in a standalone role
– Strong administration skills
– Experience using Xero, Sage, Quickbooks – Desirable
