Salary: £38,000 – £40,000k
Our client is looking for a Traffic Manager who will relish working in a fast-paced environment.
You will have solid people management skills, exceptional communication skills, absolutely out of this world organisational skills.
You know how to use your intuition to problem solve effectively and rapidly and have a thirst for improving processes. You pride yourself on your meticulous attention to detail and an ability to track multiple projects effectively to keep every plate spinning.
You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring our client has the best talent to produce the best work. You will use their incredible full time team, their trusted contracted freelancers and pull additional resources from their talent database and your own network to produce exceptional work, every time.
Required skills:
● Must have 4+ years previous experience in Studio, Traffic, or Resource Management, either agency side or in-house
● Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple briefs and high volumes of traffic at once
● Must have the right to work in the UK
● A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise based on campaign demands
● Be well connected to the freelance talent network in and around London
● An understanding of workflow management program Monday.com is a bonus
Relevant experience:
● Proven project and account management experience
● Solid knowledge of social media advertising platforms
● Resourcing experience with high volume traffic projects
● Adept at briefing creative teams and production teams
● Skilled at working under pressure
● A strong use of initiative and self-management
Duties:
● Assigning teams staff to projects and jobs based on their capabilities, workload and availability
● Making sure that all projects are supported to a timeline on the workflow tracking program Monday.com
● Be responsible for initial pre-kick off meetings when you will allocate resources to a project or new client in agreement with the department heads and then host the kick off meeting with the selected team
● Keeping the freelance database up to date with the world’s best creative talent
● Monitoring employee utilisation, workload, and overtime hours
● Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff
● Planning for, booking and managing the time of their trusted freelancers where needed to accommodate the flex in capacity
● Sourcing and manage additional new freelancers to support permanent and flex team
● Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
● Providing timely communication between relevant departments including account management, creative and production
● Working alongside the Head of Operations to develop, design and evaluate the traffic management systems and resource processes
● Working with the account service team to ensure the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
● Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
● Building effective relationships with all agency departments
● Supporting on influencer / creator outreach when needed
● Assisting the Head of Operations or other department heads on full time staff recruitment when needed
