They enjoy working with Luxury start ups and are especially proud of those they have incubated and worked with from their inception. Many of these are now globally recognised names and players across tech, hospitality, lifestyle, travel, luxury and finance. Creative ideas are at the heart of everything they do, working with press, influencers, brand partners and beyond to create strategies that are tailor-made and thoughtfully executed for each individual client.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of seven to eight accounts with the assistance of both junior and senior members of the team
Building and maintaining client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists, tastemakers and brand founders
Implementation and management of strategy for the client
Contributing / leading weekly client calls / meetings and liaising and updating clients on all activity through weekly and monthly reporting
Developing new angles, stories and pitches to further the client’s profile, products and services
Strong editorial placement through storytelling and strategic pitching angles instead of blanket pitching
Copywriting and creation of press materials
Hosting and encouraging team brainstorms
Event management and securing media to attend press events and press / influencer trips accordingly
Managing, teaching and mentoring junior members of staff and assisting with our weekly junior training sessions
Key Skills
Demonstrate a firm understanding of brand building / PR strategy
A team player – no task too big or too small
Flair for creativity with strategic thinking
Attention to detail alongside experience of reporting for previous clients
High levels of communication – both verbally and written
Excellent multi-tasker with outstanding organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good industry knowledge with experience in building influential networks
A candidate who has their finger on the pulse in terms of trends in order to share with the team and clients accordingly
