Since then, they’ve rapidly grown to serve over 10,000 subscribers, with an ambitious goal of becoming the UK’s biggest collagen brand in the next 24 months.

Core Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, and brief new ad concepts based on insights from the client’s Meta ad account (Meta is the primary advertising focus)
• Monitor competitor ad creatives, platform best practices, and performance trends to develop high-impact ad ideas
• Understand customer language and pain points to craft compelling messaging and new creative angles
• Fully manage the performance ad creation process (video & static) to drive customer acquisition
• Iterate on winning ad creatives at scale by producing multiple hook, body, and avatar variations
• Note: This role does not require media buying skills—it’s a performance creative development role, focusing on end-to-end production of ad assets. However, you must be highly proficient in analysing data within Meta Ads Manager

Additional Functions

• Act as a creative thought leader within the Growth team, providing strategic insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to expand the brand’s reach through new platforms, content formats, and audience segments
• Build and maintain a library of high-performing creative assets to streamline production
• Opportunity to build and lead a creative team as the company scales

Success Metrics

• Meet or exceed CPA and volume targets (performance bonuses available for exceeding targets)
• Efficiently deliver creative assets at scale that drive measurable advertising success

Essential Skills

• Strong copywriting skills, ideally in a direct-response style
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchase behaviour
• Creative mindset to develop compelling visual hooks and engaging ad concepts
• Data-driven approach—you’ll use analytics and performance data to inform creative decisions
• Experience leveraging AI tools for brainstorming hooks, ad copy ideas, and creative concepts
• Project management & communication skills to coordinate with video editors, creators, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing the full UGC production process for a health/supplement D2C brand (including concept development, copywriting, sourcing creators, briefing editors, and optimising content)
• Experience managing creative production for a brand spending £200k+ per month on paid social advertising, with a proven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a competitive market
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms, especially Meta Ads
• Analytical mindset with a track record of using performance data to optimise creative
• Basic experience with Figma or Canva for creating static ads is a plus
• Passion for health, wellness, or skincare is a plus
