A globally recognised plant-powered health Ecommerce brand based in Camden, London is looking for a permanent Ecommerce Executive.
Our client is building a global destination online health shop for the plant-powered generation.
Launched in December 2019 the brand has scaled quickly and is now focused on rapid expansion across geographies, audiences and product range.
About the role:
- Working closely with the Marketing, Brand and Ecommerce team to plan and execute campaign launches & promotional events across the site to enhance the trading strategy.
- Maintain and optimise category and landing pages according to product assortment, including ownership of product launch maintenance and content planning.
- Maintain on-site search, navigation, and other parts of the website to ensure best-in-class customer journey.
- Management of product page optimisation across the website and marketplaces.
- Manage website content updates and promotional activity priorities.
- Input into the business optimisation plan alongside the Tech team.
- Independently managing onsite conversion – providing ideas and solutions to the wider Marketing team.
- Work with the Creative and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency throughout the customer journey.
- Ownership of the day-to-day optimisation of the website – the champion of a web first approach.
The Person:
- Previous Ecommerce/Online Merchandising experience – D2C experience or high growth online business backgrounds ideal but not essential.
- Magento experience preferable.
- Experience with using A/B testing functionality.
- Advanced Google Analytics experience.
- Ability to report on performance compiling data and insights from multiple sources.
- Ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate and work with multiple stakeholders.
