Key Purpose:
- Strategically manage and develop client relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of clients with a total revenue of >£250k per annum.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for organic client growth.
- Interpret the requirements of the brief and deliver innovative solutions to drive the business forward.
- Line management responsibility. Be able to coach and mentor colleagues.
- Have overall ownership and responsibility for the management of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: responsible for
- Ownership of allocated accounts, working to achieve and increase given targets.
- Finding new opportunities with the client and building on those opportunities.
- Where required, work seamlessly with the creative and strategy teams to provide value added input to client meetings and discussions.
- Monitoring project budgets, within time and budget.
- Understanding the challenges faced by our clients and their markets.
- Taking client briefs and pro-actively suggesting alternative solutions to the client – adding value, up selling and cross selling where possible.
- Working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations.
- Confidently suggesting ways to add value and new solutions.
- Having a good understanding of the client brand guidelines.
- Solving problems and offering alternative solutions, supporting pitch proposals and delivery.
- Allowing the client to be the hero – their success is our success.
- Sourcing suppliers and building quotations.
- Ensure agency processes are followed.
- Manage expected revenue levels, devising plans to identify new revenue streams.
- To be an ambassador for the agency.
