The Senior Marketing Executive will collaborate on issues of strategy and execution with the Marketing Manager and the Communication Manager and will take ownership of the operational aspects of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
● Work with the Marketing Manager to create and implement communications strategies
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop new business proposals
- Design and manage triggered email campaigns via dotMailer
- Identify target groups for email and direct mail campaigns and work with external data suppliers to segment data
- Work with the design team on layout and visuals of email and direct mail outputs
- Implement social media campaigns, developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of followers through social media channels
- Use web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
- Own production of reporting documents, e.g. status reports, minutes, agendas, coverage reports, accurately and quickly and take responsibility for sharing these
- Attend client meetings as required
- Provide day to day operational supervision and support of client accounts
- Directly interact with client via phone/email/meetings
- In consultation with a manager, develop and deliver proposals for existing and potential clients
- Take the lead in the production of all digital and marketing collateral, including writing, editing and proof-reading
- Take ownership of some projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Work with internal project managers to ensure projects that you are responsible for are delivered on time and within budget
