Studio Traffic Manager – Brand Experience Agency
London – Hybrid
Salary – £35K to £40K
Our client is a dynamic integrated brand experience agency with a plethora of advertising services they work with clients such as, Adidas, Virgin Galactic, and Tesco.
They are looking for an experienced Studio Traffic Manager to manage time, traffic and resource planning within the studio including design and editing work.
The Studio Traffic Manager will be working within a fast-paced team to ensure efficient communication and flow of work between departments, maximising capacity and output.

Key Requirements
– BA (Hons) minimum or equivalent in Graphic Design, Exhibition Design or similar field with 3-4 years professional experience
– Time planning / studio traffic / Paprika software experience would be ideal
– Great working knowledge of Adobe CS
– Immensely organised, with an ability to stay calm under pressure
– Ability to understand the wider reach of projects to ensure all content is fed into the studio in a timely manner and to ensure all key deliverables and deadlines are met
Key Expectations of the Role
– To manage and maintain an efficient and productive working environment across the studio.
– Managing the relationship and workload from the Events and Accounts departments – understanding both the pressures and needs from the client, whilst creating a steady yet dynamic atmosphere in studio team.
– Picking up creative artworking tasks as needed within the studio.
Responsibilities
– The Studio Traffic Manager will be responsible for the design studio schedules and processes
– As a brand experience agency many of the projects will bridge design, brand development, strategic communications, digital, events, film and photography – therefore a background knowledge in how to leverage a brand across live & virtual experiences is essential
– They will have exceptional attention to detail and a real sense of ownership as the projects can be fast paced and at short notice
– A great communicator is required, someone who understands how to engage with the wider team and keep the communication channels open
– Be articulate, confident and assertive in presenting work
– The ability to take initiative and work under pressure whilst keeping a cool head is essential. The environment can move from relaxed to fast paced extremely quickly
– The role will also involve assistance in developing the branding of the agency
– Keep an up to date schedule of the tasks and project work being worked on in the studio
– Keep key stakeholders informed of deadline clashes and request for further design support when needed
– Have an up to date, go-to list of freelancers that can support project work when needed
– Be responsible for flagging additional resource and managing hire process with the People & Culture Manager
– Report regularly to team and key stakeholders on a projects design progress
– Supplier sourcing and management, when not working with pre-chosen suppliers
