Our client is looking for an Internal Corporate Communications Manager. This is fantastic opportunity to work with a world class renowned client across the globe.
Day Rate: £400-425 per day Outside of IR35
Start: Immediate 8th August 2022
STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Partner with several areas of the business and develop effective internal communications strategies for their needs
Be a trusted advisor on internal communications for senior management including the EMEA President. It is vital this role builds relationships with senior stakeholders to foster trust and awareness
Manage a range of communications programmes/initiatives including employee events, video creation and local office announcements to support overall objectives
Support on change and business transformation projects
Work alongside the HR teams across Europe to create and manage employee engagement opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client stakeholders
Manage the budget/costs during the fiscal year related to these activities
Connect with the global internal communication team to share content, best practices and regional strategy
Work with the other regional communications teams to ensure continuity of global messages
Ensure there is a consistent approach in terms of voice throughout all communications
Work closely with Communications teams to ensure corporate messages are shared with field employees across Europe
CREATIVE CONTENT & EVENTS
Produce copy for leadership communications and work with leadership to create tailored presentations for employee roadshows and events
Translate ideas into briefs for our in-house graphic designer or external agencies, managing the relationship with them throughout the delivery process
Oversee European content on global intranet and publish content for regional news
Plan, edit and write accurate, clear and engaging content for a variety of internal communications channels such as email, management bulletins, intranet, video etc.
To have a consistent approach, across messaging particularly in the tone of voice through the communications in Europe
To track feedback and content from the events in order to share within the region and global team
Essential skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Internal Communications in a European and multi-location company – either in-house / agency
Solid experience in creating and executing internal communication strategies and managing executive communications
Strong strategic thinking, curious and analytical skills
Experience in project management
Fluency in English and another European language is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, organisational and supervisory skills
Excellent writing skills – must be able to communicate clearly and formulate a clear viewpoint on complicated issues
Strong MS Office skills, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite and social media skills
Be a relationship builder, confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
You will bring energy and initiative to get involved with projects across the HR team
Teamwork and collaboration is essential
